A daily cold shower produces a wealth of benefits. As hard as it seems, it quickly becomes one of the easiest health gains you can make, and most people quickly begin to enjoy it.
If you’re lucky enough to live by the sea or a swimmable body of water, then a daily cold dip would be even better. You might even have a plunge pool at your gym? The thing to remember is it needs to be cold and you need to be brave for a few days as you adapt to your new challenge.

Sometimes I’m straight into a cold shower, sometimes I alternate between hot and cold around 30 seconds each. Sometimes I just like a luxuriously hot shower.
